Brief history of Balaji tractors; Mr. N S Kumar started in 1985 international tractors as a dealer at Davangere & Chitradurga. Later in 1990 he started Mahindra Tractors as a dealer at Davangere & Chitradurga. In 2004 took distribution of Veedol Lubricant in Davanagere.

In 2008 he took over the dealership of Kubota Tractors also Machine, Engines, Spares & Services at Davangere & Honnali & In 2015 started distribution of Goodyear & Ceat tyres at Davanagere.
